New Year, New Looks.

Jacket: Topshop (Similar)
Sweater: Topshop / H&M (Similar)
Snood: Primark / Amazon (Similar)
Jeans: Topshop
Boots: New Look (Similar)
Bag: Michael Kors

The weather is so cold, and god do I entirely detest the amount of layers I have to wear to be 'normal'. And by normal I don't even mean warm. Coming from the tropics, the weather is seriously something to adapt to living in London. The only thing to look forward to is the fact that playing with layers is a whole load more fun than putting them on or taking them off.

I am almost literally top to ankle in Topshop today. I absolutely love wearing this sweater. If I could not take it off forever (till winter is over), I wouldn't. My boots are high but they are extremely comfortable and I can't have enough praises for my bomber jacket. It's the most snug thing ever. I'm sorry the links are for other items that are similar! I got my bomber jacket and boots during Boxing Day sales and those sure are gone by now!

In other news, I've started applying for my Fashion Management Graduate Diploma and I am so nervous just talking about it. I think it's dawning on me that I can finally pursue something that I really love and it makes me very happy. I also got a photographer/videographer on board with me to help motivate me to blog a little more so I'm really happy about that!

Thank you to all of you who have made it through this 'essay'. I always love your endless support.

Till next time.

Doomsday

 Beanie: Topman
Crop Top: Fashion Union
Necklace: Diva
Floral Kimono: Forever 21 (I can't find the same one)
Stone-wash High Waisted Shorts: River Island
Boots: Doc Martens

I don't know about you guys, but the big contrast between floral x pastel and grunge always gets me in my guts. I love wearing Docs with floral prints, and I would like to say now that River Island is my go to for shorts like how Topshop is my go to for jeans. I know it's a little pricey but the fit and the comfort and the colors are just to die for.

Garment Monster x Fashion Union

Boxy Top: Fashion Union
White Skort: Fashion Union
Double Buckle Boots: Fashion Union

So I love white on white but I can never pull it off because it's hard to wear all white and not look like a frumpy old lady with a giant tummy. I really love skorts because they have pockets and they give you a place for your awkward limbs to hide. I don't really like the back of the skort however because it's very see thru, so it's nude thongs or birthday suit, you pick.

 Emerald Green Maxi: Coccha
Turquoise Pendant: Diva

I love the pairing of these two pieces together! I used to hate the emerald green color because that was the color of synthetic grass and as a child I always hated how ugly and fake it looked, but it's a color that grew on me like moss. I've linked the pieces to the website where you can purchase your own if you'd like! If there are any questions, any questions at all, there is the link section where you ask me on my ask.fm page. Else, there's always the comment section.

Floral Dreams

Top:  H&M
Necklace: Diva
Skirt: Bershka
Heels: Primark
I pieced this outfit together almost immediately after I bought the top from the outlet next door. In case any of you want to know, it's a non stretchy, chiffon material and it's so see through, so you have to wear a proper bra with it lol. I haven't found many things to match my nude pumps with, but I think the look is delicate and wonderful for dates and faux sophistication. I think I would've rather worn my hair curly but I didn't have the time.

Also, ignore the tesco bag and the buntings at the side. I swear I want to try harder with the looks, but tbh, I can't find anyone to take the photos for me and there's no wide empty space for me to stand except in the flat kitchen.

Anyway, I love you G monstersssssss. Thanks for the endless support! It feeds to my big head and arrogance and I can never repay it back.

Eleven 11 Design Photoshoot

So Liam approached me and another couple of people (Martez, Anna and Tom) to help him shoot his new line of clothing called Eleven. It was a cold day at 8.30am in the morning and we set out on a looong adventure of venturing around London. Did I also mention I netted 18000 steps in a day because of this? Haha.

The first place we shot at was on Leake Street at the Waterloo station. It was just a strange little alley that stunk of weed and alcohol, and made us shiver so bad we had to get fries and hot chocolate from the station halfway through. We did a quarter of the shoot on Brice's film camera, and the rest on a DSLR. We moved along through Camden to King's Cross and headed to Brick Lane for the shoot at the studio.

These are just a couple of behind the scene shots of my own photos with Brice.
Overall the experience was so fun. I'm usually always the one behind the camera, either that or the camera is my iphone and the photographer is called self timer. It's a different experience than doing your own thang in the kitchen haha.

If you guys would like to support Eleven, you could do so by purchasing their tops/sweaters/beanies. Either that, you could just follow them on their instagram eleven11design_ as a kindly gesture to their awesomeness.
